The set is playing the NorthFraim product-factory reel, a real video file on this machine.
A host uploads a photo of how each room should look. That photo becomes a task. The cleaner then walks the guided capture: the bed in three layers, under the bed, under the couch, the tub rings, behind the toilet, and every room. The live foreman-vision engine checks each photo. The job stays locked until every task is a green check. Hair is beta.
